Cassius is a character in the play "The Tragedy of Julius Caesar" that dislikes Caesar. His character is describe as an owl because he is quiet and observant of his surroundings. He believes that Julius is weak and a coward. In Act I, he explains how Julius in the military wasn't as powerful as he seems to be. The strom that brews up is showing as signs that something is going to happen to Julius Caesar.
