Julius Caesar

Julius Caesar is an ambitious and determined man, which shows through his defeat of Pompey. He is also arrogant, which shows when he ignores the soothsayer that comes and tries to warn him of the "ides of March". Caesar is clever in the fact that he knows how to distinguish those who are content with what they have and those that want more, an example being Cassius, who he claims to be dangerous. This also shows his caution and selfishness for power. Although he is powerful, he also has his weaknesses, such as having epilepsy and being deaf in one ear.
