Julius Caesar is described as great and worthy in the eyes of the common citizens, but in the eyes of more powerful people he is not ready to be king and shouldn't be in power. He is said to be weak and dishonorable due to his actions in the military. Caesar was also said to have epilepsy, a condition which causes seizures, as well as being deaf in one ear.
