Julis Caesar Character Analysis

Julius Caesar is a Roman general who posses the the traits of being suspicious and smart even though he has a condition of falling sickness which is also known as epilepsy. One example of him being suspicious is when he knew not to trust people such as Cassius because he poses a threat to his authority. This is ironic since Cassius interprets the natural disasters as a sign to do something about Julius Caesars overwhelming fame and authority. In addition, in Act 1 scene 2 line 193 he said, "Yond Cassius has a lean and hungry look" This shows that he would rather have fat people to serve the position of his officials rather than have skinny people that are hungry for power so he will not be overthrown or assassinated.
