Congressman Ben Dover
State Official

1925 Magdalena Ave.

Dear congressman Dover:

A new law about people being forced to be Good Samaritans to others is being proposed. I believe this law should not be implemented to the state. As a concerned citizen of California this law does not seem fit to our cultures, traditions, and ways of life.

This is a law that should be based on moral judgement and not forced by a states law. When people are forced to be Good Samaritans they might do it unwillingly and in a rush and do it wrong and put the person in even bigger danger that before. Then the Good Samaritan may be sued by the person in need and there will probably be money involved and make the state have a money deficit because of so many people suing because of people being forced to be Good Samaritans by law.
I appreciate you for taking your time to consider my option to not allow this new law to be made.

Sincerely,

Raul Arce
