Contraversial Rule-ATP choice students

One contraversial rule in Olympian High School is that students that have choice for ATP is not allowed to go out for lunch when he or she entered in a class room during ATP. Once a choice student gets into a class to make up a short test or to ask even a quick question, he or she cannot not exit until the next bell rings. This may cause some problems because what if a student was to be met at somewhere such as library to finish their homework for next period, that student cannot go due to this rule. ATP must help us academically, not to consume one's time, stuck in there doing nothing productive because of a quick question.
