Being a good Samaritan means being compassionate to help others in need. However, I don't think that it should become a law that everyone is required to help other people. For example, what if someone constantly faked "accidents" and always sued people who were unable to help him or her? Also, what if someone had a disability that made them unable to help another person out? Establishing it as a law would cause a lot of controversy among the country. Helping each other is good and helpful in the world, but making it a law is unnecessary and wrong.
