There should not be a law that enforces people into helping one or others in need. This may sound selfish or rude to not do so, but it is a personal choice on whether to take action into lending a hand or not. Helping one out is a sincere, kind gesture and is up to the individual who does it. Being forced will make people good Samaritans but these acts wont be as sincere. Many will not follow this law especially those who oppose it or just do not have the instinct to help aid right away.
