Good Samaritan Law

There should not be a law that forces Americans to help others in need, but it should be encouraged to be a good samaritan. It is illogical to be forced to help others in need because the purpose of doing good deeds is to lend a helping hand by personal choice. For instance, if a person's attitude towards helping an old lady cross the street is negative, then the old lady would just feel uncomfortable from the negative energy. Being a good samaritan should be a personal choice because being obligated to help others defies the whole purpose of "good" in good samaritan. Therefore, a "Good Samaritan Law" should not be issued, but encourage kindness instead.
