I think that people shouldn't be forced by law to help people since there are some people that might have problems of their own. Also it isn't necessary since there are people that have helping people as their job like firefighters and policemen. There are many reasons why people might not help others in need like time or the situation. But, there are at least some people in the world that are willing to help.
