Should helping others be a law? No not everyone is a hero each individual one cant help someone out when we see something go wrong. besides helping others should come from the heart,and our moral values. Not because you are forced to. How can you just pass by a kid getting beet up and just not do anything, no you have to take action as a good semaritan I would. Also if being a good samaritan becomes a law than people will only help others out because they have to not because it is an obligation and they dont want to suffer consequences. This is a country of freedom we should be able to decide on our own if we want to help someone out or not.
