People should not be forced to help others in need. It should always be greatly required though. I say citizens should not be forced to lend a helping hand because its their choice wether to be a good samaritan or not. Like they say, if you help people in distress, people will abet you in your time in need. But if you do not help people, don't expect help from others.

Lending a Helping Hand
People should not be forced to help others in need. It should always be greatly required though. I say citizens should not be forced to lend a helping hand because its their choice wether to be a good samaritan or not. Like they say, if you help people in distress, people will abet you in your time in need. But if you do not help people, don't expect help from others.
