The meaning of a good samaritan is someone who helps another in need for compassionate motives, and with no thought of reward. This should just be a law, this should always happen if we see someone that needs help with something we shouldn't just stand there, we should do something about it. Being a good person is always the right thing to do no matter what. We need more samaritan laws in our world so people can help others in need. So why not be a good person and help someone who needs it! :)
