Doing the right thing is common knowledge. Throughout our lives we are taught to do the right thing, but whether or not we choose to do the right thing is our own personal choice. Because of this thought, I believe that there should not be a law forcing us to help those in need. Making it a law wouldn't make difference in people's choices. For example: it is the law to not pass the speed limit when driving. Do people still pass these limits? Yes, inconsiderate people speed all the time! This goes the same with pushing a law that forces citizens to help those in need. Only the true considerate good samaritans will stop and aid people in need of help.
