There should not be a law that forces us to help others in need, there would still be plenty of people that will break this law if it actually was enforced and as a law because people will pretend as if they did not see it and walk away. While there are still other people that would actually go help, there is no need to put a law like that since there is firemen and police officers to do that whenever someone is in need.
