Should there be a law forcing people to help the people in need? No, there shouldn't. The reason why i say this is because an individual shouldn't be forced to do something they dont want to do. Yes theres some people that are selfish and greedy and are not willing to share they're money, but there are also those people who care for those in need. Also, there shouldn't be a law like this because not everyone is able to help them. Make it that they dont have enough money or whatever, but not everyone can help.
