There should be a law that forces us to help others in need. Many people will not help others and ignore the problem. But if everyone ignores the problem, no one will fix it. For example, someone is getting hurt and people just walk passed him and ignore the issue. Enforcing the law will help everyone because it will not become a bigger issue and because it will give you a good sense of pride for helping someone.
