Although being a good Samaritan is something everyone should strive to be, it should not be an enforced law that every person should be forced to help those in need. Personally, I think having a kind heart is something that is truly sincere and cannot be forced upon people who just do not have that quality instilled within them. And since the United States is a country where people are guaranteed freedom, every American should not have to help another person in need if they do not care to do so. But all in all, it is obvious that the best thing to do would be to extend a helping hand to those who need help because as humans, we are all the same and we should provide assistance to those who are in need of it out of the kindness of our own hearts.
