Should we be forced to help those in need?

As helpful that would be, I do not think we should have a law saying people have to be forced to help someone else in need. Many people have have their own priorities they should not have to help others if needed. Yes, this may sound selfish but this may cause even more trouble in some cases. People may be harmed if they have to help in situations that they are not suited for. People should help others from the kindness of their hearts, and be a good Samaritan. All in all, we should not be forced to lend that helping hand because people should be able to choose whether or not to.
