Good Samaritan

Should being a good Samaritan be a law in our nation? Or should it not? This topic is shaky and it is a difficult argument. In every situation, there is always a bright side and a bad side. Even if it is difficult for me to argue which side is better, I would honestly go to the side of wanting a law about being a good Samaritan. Many people have been wounded, beat, "jumped" and hurt in many ways and people just pass by and ignore a person in need. Only a few people would actually help he person and stand up for them but usually, people would not care and they do not want to get in the problem. I remember watching a show about a hidden camera to see who will stand up and be a good Samaritan. They hired actors to play as heartless people beating up a poor guy (who is also another actor) due to his race. They did this in a public place where people would usually pass by and throughout the whole hidden camera only 3 people stood up for the guy. I believe it should be a law because if many people are in need and no one helps, everyone will think it is okay to just do that and not do anything about it. That is how people become ruthless. In the Bible's parable about the good Samaritan showing a perfect example of a great Samaritan. He helped a person badly wounded and in need. Took care of him and even spent his own money on him. It should be a law to help people build up the character of being compassionate and helpful so we can all make the world a better place! Being a good Samaritan doesn't mean you have to get a reward in return for your action. You get one of the greatest feelings in the world and that is knowing you've helped someone deeply in need and you've made them smile and helped them through a hard time, and what else can feel better than that?
