Should There Be A Law To Make Others Help People If In Need?

I don't think there should be a law that forces us to help people if there in trouble. I do think that people should have the choice to help others if there in trouble or not but hopefully they will. :) If there was a laws that said if we didnt help the person in trouble so we get punished then I think it would be taking away some of our rights to choose. It should be a choice and a self reason not a obligatation. In hopes people will try to help even thought their not forced is what it should be.
