Should We be Forced to Help Others in Need

People should not be required, or forced, by law to help people when they are in need of assistance or when they are having problems. Although it should not be enforced, it should be strongly suggested or rewarded in a way so that more people have the courage to help others. If an accident were to happen on the freeway, like a car crash, the first thing you should do is help your family, if you have any family with you, and then help others that were also affected by the accident. People should should not be-in any way-penalized for not helping people in need. Nowadays, people have busy schedules and things to do but that shouldn't stop them from helping others out. Also, when there is a person who needs help and lots of people are around, people have to think they are the only ones who can help so that they don't leave it up to another person. You especially can't force people who are sick or have a disability to be required to help people because that may cause them to ask for help too.
