iPods

At Olympian High School, students are allowed to listen to iPods outside of class, but once in class, they must turned off and put away. In my opinion, that rule should be a little more modified. What if some people want to work on tests or independent work while using iPods? A lot of kids nowadays enjoy listening to music, and music is a good way to relax. Of course they should be turned off during lectures and when teachers have important news, but if the teachers hands out worksheets, students should have the privilege of listening to music. For example, during ATP, teachers that let students do their work should allow them to listen to their iPods as well.
