A school rule that I believe is controversial is the NO HATS ON CAMPUS rule. I think that it is a bad policy because hats can make sitting in the sun at lunch more tolerable because it blocks the sun light from hitting you in the face as well as preventing sun burns to the face. It can even help when it is raining outside because it shields your head from getting wet. Another reason that I think its bad is because somebody wakes up late and dosnt have time to do their hair and hats make it so no one sees your hair on a bad hair day. Lastly you can also show
your support and allegiance to your favorite sports team when your wearing your hat.
